MMA.Fanhouse.com interviewed Randy Couture and asked him on how he thinks Brock can be beaten:
Q: What's the way to beat Lesnar? Does it need to be someone who can come close to matching his size and strength, like Carwin? Or is it someone with superior experience, like yourself?
Randy: I don't think there's one specific prototype. He's obviously a big, strong, very good athlete, but I think there are also still some technical holes in his game. I think a guy who's big enough and strong enough -- and adept enough in wrestling -- can keep the fight in the right position to kind of pick him apart at the seams. But that's no easy task, as big as he is and as well as he moves. I also think there are some holes in his submission game that can still be exploited. Mir didn't get a chance to put him in a submission at UFC 100, but a guy with Mir's submission skills could still give Lesnar some problem
Andrei Arlovsi was recently asked if Fedor is the best pound for pound fighter in the world, Arlovski replied: ''No, he's a great great fighter but he's not ''super human''. When asked who he thinks is the best P4P fighter he replied: ''After seeing Lesnar vs Mir, i'm going to go with Brock Lesnar''
Brock will be signing autographs at the Buckmaster's Expo at the Montgomery Convention Center, in Montgomery, AL on Saturday, Aug. 15 from 10 AM - 12 PM & 2 PM - 4 PM.
If Randy Couture is able to pull of an impressive win over Nogueira in 3 weeks that is. Shane Carwin and Cain Valesquez are also fighting at UFC 104 to get an opportunity to fight for the UFC Heavyweight Title, however according to a few websites Couture might get the first shot since Zuffa believes a rematch Lesnar vs Couture would draw even bigger PPV numbers than their first encounter.
Brock will very likely be at the boxing fight Raphael Butler vs Joey "Minnesota Ice" Abell for the Minnesota heavyweight championship at the Minnesota Convention Center in the Twin Cities on November 14th.
